The combined punch-laser technology provides enormous flexibility and versatility in meeting the exacting requirements in state-of-the-art sheet-metal working. In our company a sturdy all-purpose machine ensures rapid working and top-grade quality. Aside from punching round and/or rectangular holes, the punching head carries out 3D contours such as brackets, threads and other forming work. Along with excellent cut quality, the laser technology provides for practically total freedom in determining contours. Thanks to a particularly slender laser head, even cutting on already performed forming work is possible. In this way, complex component geometries can also be reliably realized.
2014 saw a metal-blank aligning unit being added to the company's stock of machinery. Even with high-strength steels, the unit still securely shapes the metal blanks and stress-relieves the metal sheets. This ensures low strip sabre dimensions of the blanks and is the best prerequisite for high-grade follow-on operations.
